The open-plan,holiday gite accommodation at La Belle Villaine has a spacious ground-floor with exposed beams and comprises lounge, dining room and kitchen.

 

The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for sociable cooking and has a gas cooker, fridge, dish-washer and microwave - in fact, all you will need for an enjoyable self-catering holiday.

 

The large dining table comfortably seats six people. Electric radiators, calor gas fire, double-glazing, good insulation and typically-french shutters all help to ensure that the holiday cottages or gites are as cool as possible in the summer and cosy and warm for those winter breaks.

 

Strictly no smoking indoors. The comfortable lounge area has a large settee, armchairs plus a double bed-settee, coffee table, chest of drawers plus TV and DVD.

 

Double patio-doors lead on to the private pet friendly garden (which is fenced to 1.5m and screened with privacy in mind) and has far-reaching views across the countryside. Private, sun-trap patio with furniture, parasol and bar-b-que provided.

 

A communal laundry (washing machine) and lending library (books, DVDs and games – both French and English for all ages - is accessed via the patio area – each of the holiday cottages or gites having a separate, lockable entrance to ensure privacy, yet enabling the rear of the properties to be interconnected if rented by friends or family holidaying together.

 

Upstairs the gîtes each have 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

 

Bedroom one has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp. Bedroom two has two single beds, plus a third occasional single for small children which can be added upon request, a chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. Bed-linen (sheets and pillow cases) and towels (other than tea-towels) are not provided.

 

Pillows, blankets and bedspreads are provided. We also provide fresh mattress and pillow protectors. We provide a stair gate.
